会場：中央大学茗荷谷キャンパス（ハイブリッド開催）
大会テーマ
「国際基準の国内的援用：日本とその他のアジア諸国における国際法の作用」
厳密な意味での法であれ、いわゆるソフトローであれ、国際法の大部分は国内で実施されます。国内的な実施なしには、国際人権法、国際貿易法、国際環境法、あるいはその他の国際法のどの分野においても、国際法規則ないし基準が死文となってしまいます。日本や他のアジア諸国においては国際法規則の厳密に法的な形での受け入れが国際社会の他の地域よりも難しいとも言われており、そうであるならば国際基準が国内的にどのように援用されるかが特に重要な意味を持つことになります。それこそが国際法規則と国際基準の国内的援用についての深い理解が重要となる所以です。
2024年度研究大会では、歴史から現在、国際私法から国際公法、実体法から法の動態的プロセスに至るまで、国際法の多様な分野からの研究成果を取り上げ、分野横断的な対話と連携を促進します。

懇親会は18時より、近隣の飲食店にて開催いたします。懇親会には会員、非会員を問わず、どなたでもご参加いただけます。懇親会費はお一人5,000円です。
